WEST MICHIGAN, Mich – The U.S. Marshals Western Michigan Fugitive Task Force is seeking tips in the continued search for a fugitive with ties to the Muskegon County area. Imari Dequan Watkins, 24, is 6’2″, 130 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. Federal investigators say he’s a known violent offender with multiple warrants issued for his arrest.
